Welcome to the Tainted Butterfly,  at times known as The Hot Mess Express. I'm Drea, or formally Andrea Andrews - the self-proclaimed Tainted Butterfly.

I'm a wife and a step-mom with a subtle obsession for butterflies (Tainted Butterfly... get it?), True Crime TV, cooking, Hip-Hop, and R&B. I launched this blog in April 2015 to share my life story and help you discover everything you've ever wanted to know about being perfectly imperfect.

There will be lots of laughter and tears, joy and pain, triumph and defeat. You'll also find life hacks, recipes for yummy treats and lessons I've learned that you can use in your own life. Hopefully, the pieces of my life I share will inspire, entertain and keep you coming back for more.
